Bac Kan implements the theme of studying and following Uncle Ho

The conference was organized online at 202 locations of district and city party committees, affiliated party committees; provincial departments, branches, unions, associations, enterprises; central agencies located in the province; communes, wards and towns with more than 13,000 cadres and party members attending.

Delegates listened to the implementation of the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2024 and 2025 on "Promoting the spirit of responsibility, flexibility, creativity, and decisive action to successfully implement the goals set out in the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels".

The topic includes 3 parts on: President Ho Chi Minh's viewpoints and example on "Promoting the spirit of responsibility, flexibility, creativity, and decisive action"; Applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style on the spirit of responsibility, innovation, creativity, and decisive action in the Party's personnel work; The spirit of responsibility, flexibility, creativity, and decisive action of cadres and party members from the beginning of the term until now, tasks and solutions in the coming time.

The conference organized the dissemination of documents and regulations of the Central Committee, including: Directive No. 30-CT/TW dated February 5, 2024 of the Secretariat on oral propaganda work in the new situation; Regulation No. 125-QD/TW dated October 10, 2023 of the Central Executive Committee on functions, tasks, and working relationships of Party committees and grassroots Party cells in public service units; Regulation No. 138-QD/TW dated December 1, 2023 of the Central Executive Committee on functions, tasks, and working relationships of Party committees and grassroots Party cells in agencies; Conclusion No. 62-KL/TW dated October 2, 2023 of the Politburo on implementing Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate the organization and management system, improving the quality and efficiency of public service units; Directive No. 29-CT/TW dated January 5, 2024 of the Politburo on universal education, compulsory education, adult literacy and promoting student streaming in general education.

The conference also disseminated and implemented directives and plans of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the implementation of the above-mentioned Central documents and regulations.

At the conference, Bac Kan Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Duy Chinh requested that Party committees and organizations at all levels focus on effectively implementing Plan No. 229-KH/TU dated February 5, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2024 and 2025.

The content and solutions to follow Uncle Ho are linked to the thematic content and political tasks of the unit, bringing the thematic content into the activities of Party cells and mass organizations.

Research units concretize new documents of the Central and the province with action plans and programs suitable to the actual situation of the locality and unit. At the same time, direct grassroots Party committees to organize learning and dissemination for all Party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers (who have not yet studied online) in appropriate forms.
