On the afternoon of September 27, the Da Nang City Civil Defense Command said that from 7:00 p.m. on September 26 until now, many localities in the area have experienced heavy rain such as: Thang Phu Commune (84 mm), Dong Duong Commune (71.6 mm), Hoa Xuan Ward (59.2 mm), Ngu Hanh Son Ward (58 mm), Que Son Trung Commune (52.2 mm). Most of the remaining localities have had moderate to light rain.
Localities are continuing to closely monitor the storm's developments. storm number 10 to proactively evacuate people when necessary.
Specifically, the total number of people expected to be relocated is 210,014 people (of which 92,041 are interspersed and 117,974 are concentrated).
It is expected that people will be evacuated to schools, churches, pagodas, cultural houses, community centers, and solid constructions concentrated in the locality.
Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 10, the Da Nang City Border Guard has strictly maintained a permanent regime, ready to mobilize to carry out tasks.
In addition to firing flares to call and prohibit boats from going to sea according to regulations, units coordinate with local authorities and forces to organize propaganda and arrange boats at anchorage areas.
In particular, Tho Quang fishing port currently has a large number of ships returning to avoid the storm, so the border guards are urgently instructing fishermen to tie their vessels securely to avoid collisions when the storm hits, minimizing damage to the people.
Currently, officers and soldiers of Border Guard Squadron 2 (Son Tra) are organizing propaganda and guiding boats to anchor and avoid storms at fishing ports and other areas as prescribed; Son Tra Border Guard Station supports fishermen in lifting and pulling boats ashore, protecting their property before the storm makes landfall.
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that at 10:00 a.m. on September 27, the epicenter Storm No. 10 Bualoi about 370km east-southeast of Hoang Sa special zone. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 11-12 (103-133km/h), gusting to level 15, moving very fast in the West-Northwest direction, at a speed of about 35km/h. It is forecasted that around the morning of September 28, storm Bualoi will move into the central sea and around evening to night of the same day, the storm will make landfall in the Nghe An - Northern Quang Tri area. The meteorological agency said that this is a very strong storm, forecasting that strong winds on land are likely to be equivalent to or greater than storm No. 5 Kajiki in 2025 that made landfall in Ha Tinh .
