The seminar assessed the current difficulties and challenges of the reporting and oral propaganda team, and proposed solutions to improve operational efficiency.

On the morning of October 22, the Propaganda Department of Binh Giang District Party Committee held a seminar on "Improving the quality and effectiveness of reporters' activities and oral propaganda in the new situation". Attending the seminar were district-level reporters and Party secretaries of communes and towns in the district.

At the seminar, there were 7 opinions expressed. The delegates focused on analyzing, exchanging and discussing in a frank spirit, correctly assessing the current situation, limitations, difficulties and challenges of oral propaganda work and reporter activities of the district in the context of the current information explosion.

In addition to oral propaganda, many new forms of propaganda have appeared through the internet and social networks with rapid spread. Information flows are now diverse and multi-dimensional. This situation places increasingly new requirements and tasks on the team doing oral propaganda work.

Delegates shared good and creative ways as well as solutions to improve the effectiveness of oral propaganda and reporter activities in the coming time, such as closely linking propaganda and mobilization with dialogue and answering questions, especially on issues of public concern. Binh Giang District Party Committee has 39 subordinate grassroots party organizations with nearly 7,000 party members. Currently, there are 30 district-level reporters. The propaganda team has 306 comrades.
