The graphic is printed in color, 80x58cm in size, clearly defining 126 new communes and wards. The graphic is accompanied by annotations of the names of the new communes and wards according to each location, helping viewers easily visualize the location of each commune and wards they are interested in.

The expected print run is at least 70,000 copies, ensuring to meet distribution needs.

This morning, June 30, when the announcement ceremony of administrative unit arrangement took place nationwide, Hanoi Moi Newspaper coordinated with Hanoi Moi Newspaper Printing Company Limited to unify the content and form and proceed with printing to meet the release schedule in the early morning of July 1, 2025 - the historic day when the government of 126 new communes and wards of Hanoi officially comes into operation.

According to the Resolution on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Hanoi City in 2025: The Government is assigned, based on this Resolution and Project No. 369/DA-CP dated May 9, 2025 of the Government, to organize the accurate determination of the natural area of ​​commune-level administrative units and publicly announce it before September 30, 2025; at the same time, urgently deploy the work of measuring and determining the boundaries of administrative units in the field to establish records on administrative unit boundaries according to regulations".
