Hanoi Moi Newspaper held a practical thematic activity in Quoc Oai district

(HNMO) - On the afternoon of May 12, the Party Cell of the Agriculture - Rural Areas Committee and the Culture - Social Affairs Committee of Hanoi Moi Newspaper went to Quoc Oai district to conduct a thematic activity: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on promoting the sense of exemplary responsibility, discipline and order of cadres and party members in performing public duties".

Attending the thematic session were comrade Nguyen Minh Duc, Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Moi Newspaper; Deputy Editors-in-Chief of Hanoi Moi Newspaper Luong Chi Cong, Lai Ba Ha; Party Committee members; Party members of the two Party cells. Also attending were Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quoc Oai District Nguyen Truong Son; Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quoc Oai District Pham Quang Tuan.

At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Vu Han, Director of the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Quoc Oai district informed the Party cells of Hanoi Moi Newspaper about the socio -economic development, security and defense situation in the district. In recent times, under the close direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels, and the efforts of all cadres, party members, people and enterprises, Quoc Oai district has promoted the heroic tradition, solidarity, dynamism, creativity, overcome difficulties and challenges and achieved quite comprehensive achievements, creating many outstanding marks.

When mentioning Quoc Oai, the first thing that many people remember is the legend of Zen Master Tu Dao Hanh associated with the special national relic cluster of Thay Pagoda (Sai Son commune), along with relic clusters such as Long Dau Pagoda, Cac Co Cave, Tien Chessboard... forming an inseparable scenic complex. Quoc Oai District is honored to be recognized by the Hanoi People's Committee as "Special National Relic Tourist Destination of Thay Pagoda and the rocky mountain area of Sai Son, Phuong Cach, Hoang Xa". At the thematic meeting, party members of the two branches visited the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House at the foot of Thay Mountain. During the period of directing the long resistance war against the French colonialists, President Ho Chi Minh stayed here from February 3 to March 3, 1947. The first time Uncle Ho returned to Sai Son was on November 10, 1946. During his stay and work here, President Ho Chi Minh and the Party Central Committee proposed many important strategies. After leaving Sai Son, he went to Viet Bac, continuing to lead the resistance war against the French colonialists to complete victory. 10 years later, on May 19, 1957, he and comrade Nguyen Luong Bang returned to visit the ancestral house and the One Roof Pagoda area...

This study topic aims to raise awareness among cadres and party members of Hanoi Moi Newspaper about the basic contents and great values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the importance of innovating content, improving the quality of Party cell activities and thematic activities in the entire Party Committee, thereby creating changes in the implementation of assigned political tasks.
