Hanoi sky lights up with world record pyrotechnic drone performance

(VTC News) - On the evening of January 26, at My Dinh Square - My Dinh National Stadium (Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi), a rehearsal of the art program "Brilliant Thang Long 2025" took place.

The program was jointly organized by the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Hanoi Department of Information and Communications, Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, Nam Tu Liem District People's Committee, and accompanying units such as Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVcomBank) and Vietnam Oil and Gas Group ( Petrovietnam ).

This is one of the biggest cultural events to celebrate the Spring of At Ty 2025 in Hanoi . The highlight of the program is the performance of 2,025 drones and 95 pyrotechnic drones lighting up the sky of the capital.

The modern drone performance, combining light technology and artistic fireworks with special effects such as flashing, waterfalls, light sprays, etc., promises to create impressive moments for the audience.

The number 2,025 symbolizes the new year 2025 and the number 95 symbolizes the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Pyrotechnic drones with artistic flare effects are a special highlight of the program.

According to the organizers, the pyrotechnic drone show will have 9 main images.

This year's Brilliant Thang Long art program will take place on the evening of January 28, 2025 (New Year's Eve of the Year of the Snake) at My Dinh Square - My Dinh National Stadium (Le Duc Tho, My Dinh, Hanoi).

The program is scheduled to be broadcast live on Hanoi Television, part of the special New Year's Eve television program of Vietnam Television (VTV). It is estimated that the program will attract at least 1 million viewers to watch live and millions of viewers watching remotely.
