This is the third consecutive year that "Nam Dinh learning land" has entered the list of localities with students achieving absolute scores in Literature in the national high school graduation exam. In 2022 and 2023, Nguyen Mai Anh from Pham Van Nghi High School and Tran Ngoc Dan Thanh from Nghia Minh High School respectively "won" 10 points in Literature.
