Ninh Binh deploys 10 key task groups for the school year

Accordingly, the 2025-2026 school year is identified as a pivotal year, laying the foundation for a new development period, beginning to realize the goals of the Provincial Party Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term.

The theme of the school year is "Discipline - Creativity - Breakthrough - Development".

The Directive identifies 10 key groups of tasks: Perfecting institutions, enhancing the effectiveness of state management of education; effectively implementing preschool, general and continuing education programs; ensuring equity in access to education; developing the team of teachers and managers; mobilizing resources to invest in facilities; strengthening political , ethical, national defense and school health education; improving the quality of vocational and university education; international integration; promoting digital transformation and administrative reform; effectively implementing emulation movements and communication work.

Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee set out 20 specific targets for the new school year, of which the most prominent are: 100% of 6-year-old children entering grade 1; maintaining universal education standards at all levels; the rate of teachers meeting training standards approaching 100% at many levels; the rate of university students reaching 250 students/10,000 people; over 47% of kindergartens and 50% of high schools meeting national standards.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to urge implementation, periodically report results, ensure tasks are carried out seriously and effectively, creating clear changes in the new school year.
