In particular, the case of Ms. Nguyen Thi To, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat reflected the complaint to the Provincial Police about the investigation of the Investigation Police Department, Da Lat City Police (old) violating the sealing and unsealing of evidence leading to incorrect appraisal results.

At the same time, she reflected on the fact that her criminal denunciation petitions had lasted for 3.5 years and had received written instructions from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, but the Provincial Police had not yet resolved and handled them thoroughly.

In the case of Ms. Mai Thi Hoa, Phu Hoa village, Duc Trong commune, from 2019 to present, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Duc Trong district (old) has not organized the execution of the judgment for her according to Decision No. 23/QD-CCTHA, dated September 26, 2019 of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Duc Trong district (old) related to the dispute over land use rights.

Regarding the case of citizen Nguyen Thi To, after determining that there was not enough basis to resolve the matter, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to coordinate with the Provincial Police to discuss clearly so that she would know on the basis of law, reason and understanding, to avoid the situation where citizens continue to complain and report the results to the Secretary.
