On the morning of September 5, more than 1,000 schools in Tay Ninh province held opening ceremonies, marking a promising start to the 2025-2026 school year.

In harmony with nearly 32 million teachers and students across the country, this year's opening ceremony also included the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of National Education. The event, organized by the Ministry of Education and Training and broadcast live for the first time, further completed the joy of the opening ceremony, adding to the belief and expectation for a meaningful and successful new school year.

Over 18 years of establishment and development, Long An University of Industry and Economics has nearly 22,000 students and graduates, including nearly 20,000 bachelors, engineers and more than 2,000 masters in all training systems.

During the past school year, 90% of the students graduated on time, of which 30% achieved Excellent or higher. Many students also achieved outstanding results in competitions at the Ministry and provincial levels. Notably, 98% of the students were employed within 12 months of graduation. Notably, about 2% of the students worked at foreign enterprises.

To expand career opportunities for students, the school has cooperated with nearly 80 businesses, creating more than 500 job opportunities each year for students to access. Notably, from this school year, the school's second campus in Tan Ninh ward officially came into operation, providing more convenient learning options for students in this area.

It is expected that about 700 students will study in the new school year.

With the mission of training high-quality human resources for the province and neighboring localities, in the new school year 2025-2026, Long An University of Industry and Economics will train 9 undergraduate majors and 3 master's majors, with an expected enrollment of about 700 students.
