Binh Duong organizes the launch of "Civilized Saturday"

This is an activity within Project No. 02-DA/TU, dated July 23, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the Project "Mass mobilization work to participate in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle" in Binh Duong province for the period 2021-2025; Plan 02-KH/DUK dated June 5, 2024 of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Binh Duong province on organizing the implementation of "Civilized Saturday".

Union members and youth union members of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism actively responded to "Civilized Saturday".

Implementing Uncle Ho's teachings: "Labor is a glorious, glorious, joyful and heroic career". Accordingly, with the aim of propagating, raising awareness and pioneering spirit among cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members and workers in the whole industry. Actively participate in activities responding to the "Civilized Saturday" movement with many exciting, practical and effective activities, creating a widespread spread, gradually forming habits, self-awareness, sense of responsibility in preserving and protecting the environment, at the same time contributing to building a cultural and civilized lifestyle, joining hands to build a green - clean - beautiful and environmentally friendly Binh Duong province.

Mr. Bui Huu Toan, Party Secretary - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism participated in weeding and taking care of ornamental plants.

The launch attracted more than 50 cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, and youth union members in the industry to participate in cleaning, removing weeds, trimming grass and trees; planting more trees and ornamental flowers, beautifying the workplace landscape, collecting plastic waste... at the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center campus.

During the launching ceremony, cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, and youth union members enthusiastically and responsibly completed cleaning up more than 500 square meters of land at the program site.

According to the Plan of the grassroots Trade Union and the grassroots Youth Union, the program is divided into many rotating phases at 5 affiliated units and the Office Block of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The program is carried out on 1 Saturday morning of the last week of each month (for the headquarters of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, it is carried out on Friday afternoon of the last week of each month). The time starts from August 2024 to the end of December 2025.

Union members and youth union members of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism clean grass, sweep trash, and take care of ornamental plants at the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center.

Launching "Civilized Saturday" is an activity contributing to the effective implementation of the Project on Mass Mobilization to participate in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle, which is being implemented by all levels, sectors and localities throughout Binh Duong province.
