On the afternoon of January 6, the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command launched the emulation movement "Determined to Win 2025" with the theme "Democracy, solidarity, discipline, creativity, determined to win".

Agencies and units in the provincial armed forces will focus on thoroughly grasping the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels; resolutions, directives and conclusions on local defense and military work. Compete to build units that are strong in politics , ideology and organization, maintain solidarity, are exemplary and determined to win; proactively innovate and be creative in completing tasks excellently.

Units continue to promote emulation to improve the quality and effectiveness of implementing breakthroughs in the task of building combat works in the district defense area, building the headquarters of the Military Command at the commune level, and implementing digital transformation in the provincial armed forces. The emulation period is from January 6 to March 1. This is a key activity of the provincial armed forces to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and celebrate the Spring of At Ty in 2025.
