Specifically, studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh, recently in Binh Lieu commune, the youth of the provincial armed forces ( Military , Border Guard, Police) organized the "Green March" program in 2025 with typical activities: Offering incense, flowers, and paying tribute to heroic martyrs at the Cao Ba Lanh Martyrs Memorial (Hoanh Mo commune); visiting and giving gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Hoang Thi Sinh (Binh Lieu commune); organizing propaganda on the law on the National Border Law; Law on Military Service, Cyber ​​Security, Crime Prevention and Control... for the people in the area; conducting medical examinations, health consultations, disease prevention, health care for the elderly, and providing free medicine to 200 people in difficult circumstances in Binh Lieu commune.

At the Binh Lieu Commune Cultural House, the forces coordinated to organize a cultural exchange program; presented 30 gifts to policy families and people in difficult circumstances in the area; donated 10 study corners and 10 bicycles to students in difficult circumstances; and donated funds to build the 4.5km long "Lighting up the border" project.

Present at the gift receiving ceremony, Dang Thi Yen Chi, grade 4, Binh Lieu Primary School, excitedly shared: "Today I was given a new and beautiful study corner, I am very happy. I promise to study well so as not to let down the soldiers."

In recent years, cadres, union members, youth, and young people of the provincial armed forces have persistently made learning and following Uncle Ho a tradition, habit, and cultural feature in movement activities. A typical example is the emulation movement "Young Army members practice morality, train talent, be proactive, creative, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era" which has aroused the sense of responsibility and creativity in training and combat readiness of the entire force.

In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, the Youth Unions in the Provincial Military have coordinated to organize 23 "Green Sundays", participated in environmental sanitation, planted thousands of trees in units and localities. The models "100 Dong House", "Spring on the border, islands - Tet with love between the army and the people", "March on the border", "Green March" not only gave away gifts, bicycles, study corners worth hundreds of millions of Dong, but also brought warmth to children in highland areas and families with meritorious services. That is the clearest proof of the spirit of "Thinking for the people, working for the people" that Uncle Ho instructed.

The youth of Regiment 244 ( Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command) always achieves high results in training new soldiers.

In the training work of the provincial armed forces, learning and following Uncle Ho is associated with the movements "Leading by example", "Self-managed youth study hours", "Pairs of friends progressing together"... Union cadres and young party members participate in political teaching, directly training new soldiers in techniques and tactics. Thanks to that, the rate of good and excellent results in annual training tests is always maintained above 95%. The work of preserving and using weapons and technical equipment has had positive changes, without serious loss or damage, thanks to the self-awareness and sense of responsibility aroused from learning and following Uncle Ho.

Youth of the Reconnaissance - Mechanization Company, General Staff Department of Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, performed a demolition performance at the 2025 training launch ceremony.

Sharing about this result, Captain Vu Viet Bac, Assistant for Mass Work, Political Department, Provincial Military Command, said: "The most important thing is that the youth of the provincial armed forces did not learn from Uncle Ho in a formal way, but learned to change their thinking and actions, turning them into concrete results. Thereby, contributing to the implementation of mass mobilization work, policies, military rear, building local political bases more effectively and each union member and soldier became more mature in their awareness and actions."

The work of building the Youth Union has also been focused on, maintaining the routine of activities, studying and training union members. The Executive Committees of the Youth Union at all levels have implemented the program of training union members for the period 2023-2027; building "3 proactive" grassroots unions and strong union branches. In 2025, the rate of cadres and union members in the provincial armed forces who have successfully completed their tasks will strive to reach over 90%. The grassroots unions also actively participate in Party building, introducing many outstanding union members for consideration of admission to the Party.

The youth of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military always take the lead in participating in natural disaster prevention and search and rescue.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Viet, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, affirmed: “In recent times, the youth of the provincial armed forces have always been proactive in participating in socio-economic development and national defense. Every year, the youth organizations launch movements to help people build new rural areas, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, protect the environment, and coordinate with local youth organizations to implement summer volunteer campaigns and the “March Border Month” program. Over the past 5 years, the youth of the provincial armed forces have contributed to building and repairing dozens of kilometers of rural roads, giving hundreds of gifts, seedlings, and livestock to people in remote areas, which have been highly appreciated by local Party committees and authorities.”

By studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings, the youth of the Quang Ninh province's armed forces have continuously matured and developed comprehensively. They are "beautiful flowers" contributing to spreading positive things in all fields of work. Regardless of the circumstances, no matter how difficult or challenging, the youth of the province's armed forces share the same aspiration, which is to be determined to complete the assigned tasks well, contributing to spreading the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.
