At the conference, delegates listened to Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh present the topic "Continuing to build and perfect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule-of-law State in the new period"; Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, presented the topic "Continuing to innovate and improve the quality of the National Assembly's supervisory activities"; Chairwoman of the Social Affairs Committee Nguyen Thuy Anh presented the topic "Some contents on social policies in the new period"; Chairman of the National Defense and Security Committee Le Tan Toi exchanged and updated some information on the field of security and defense.

According to Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh, the guidance and suggestions of the lecturers who are leaders of the National Assembly, leaders of the National Assembly's committees, and those with in-depth expertise and extensive work experience have helped delegates supplement their knowledge, practice their skills, and contribute to their research, speaking, discussion, and questioning.
