In a frank and open atmosphere, comrade Dang Hong Sy informed voters of the main contents of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the socio -economic development situation in the first 9 months of 2025 of the whole country and Lam Dong province.

Accordingly, the 10th Session is scheduled to take place from October 20 to December 12, 2025. Here, the National Assembly will consider and pass 42 laws and 3 resolutions. Many draft laws will be implemented under shortened procedures.

Among them, there are important laws related to people's lives such as: Law on Cyber Security (amended), Law on Press (amended), Law on Deposit Insurance (amended), Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended), Law on Drug Prevention and Control (amended)... At the same time, the National Assembly will also discuss resolutions on breakthroughs in education and training, on international integration and on solutions to enhance care and protection of people's health.

Regarding the land sector, voters pointed out the current situation of a number of projects in the old Binh Thuan area that had been issued investment decisions by the province since 2013, but by 2025, enterprises had not yet implemented them, causing waste of land resources and affecting people's lives.

Voters of Phuoc Hai ward continue to petition about the De LaGi Luxury Resort and Residential Area Project of 577 Investment Joint Stock Company, which has reclaimed land from the people, but has not been completely resolved, requesting the National Assembly to pay attention and direct.

In the field of health and social security, voters suggested that La Gi Hospital should promptly transfer patients when needed; put CT scanners into operation soon to serve medical examination and treatment for people. At the same time, restore the activities of the Elderly Association to create a playground and spiritual support for the elderly.

In addition, voters also hope that the authorities will research solutions to reduce traffic accidents in the Cam Binh market area, where crowds of people and vehicles often gather.

Regarding the fishing sector, many voters reported the situation of trawlers operating close to shore, causing frustration and directly affecting the livelihoods of fishermen engaged in traditional fishing. Voters also requested to promptly resolve the issue of fuel support for fishermen according to Decision 48 of the Government...

In addition, voters also made a number of recommendations related to the fields of transportation, policies for people with meritorious services, noise pollution, etc.

At the meeting, leaders of Phuoc Hoi ward directly discussed and answered voters' opinions within the local authority. Representatives of relevant departments and branches also participated in providing information and clarifying issues within their areas of responsibility. Receiving voters' opinions, comrade Dang Hong Sy directly answered a number of issues within his authority. Specifically, regarding the 577 Investment Joint Stock Company, he requested the Department of Finance to review the projects that have been approved for investment. If any residential area or project is not implemented or has no practical impact, it must be resolutely revoked in accordance with regulations; at the same time, the legitimate rights of the people must be ensured.

Regarding recommendations under local authority, he requested Phuoc Hoi ward to review and promptly resolve. For matters beyond authority, report and send documents to the province for handling.

Regarding the issue of La Gi Hospital not having a CT machine, he said this has existed for many years, mainly due to problems in the bidding process, and needs to be urgently resolved by the authorities to meet the people's needs for medical examination and treatment.

Regarding the situation of trawlers operating near shore, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested localities to strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations; and assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently complete procedures to implement the policy of paying fuel to fishermen according to regulations.

Regarding National Highway 55, comrade Dang Hong Sy said that the province has repeatedly proposed the Central Government to invest in this route. Currently, some sections have been included in the list submitted to the Central Government and in the draft Political Report of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the upgrading and expansion of National Highway 55 is also identified as a key project, expected to be implemented soon in the near future...

Regarding other recommendations from voters, comrade Dang Hong Sy acknowledged, accepted and will synthesize and forward them to competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.
