Born and raised in a rural area of ​​Ha Tinh in a family of 5 children, Hoai Phan, born in 2001, is the eldest. She was fortunate to be inspired by her mother, who always cherished the values ​​of folk culture and traditional music .

Since childhood, Hoai Phan has been familiar with school performances, standing on stage with simple lights but full of emotions. Those were the first experiences, simple but profound, nurturing the love of music, especially with works that carry the sentimental meaning of the people of Central Vietnam.

After graduating from high school, Hoai Phan had the opportunity to approach a professional art environment. And it was from that moment that Hoai Phan's journey to pursue his passion for music began seriously and with determination.

She was determined to pursue music professionally and graduated from Hanoi College of Art.

Recently, Gen Z singer released the album On the sun and under the sand . In it, Hoai Phan performed 8 works that are closely associated with the souls of the people of the Central region - songs that have accompanied the years such as: Folk songs about you and me (musician An Thuyen), People who built Ke Go lake (musician Nguyen Van Ty), A song of the heart of a Ha Tinh person (musician Nguyen Van Ty), My dear Quang Binh homeland (musician Hoang Van), Ho on the bank of Hien Luong (musician Hoang Hiep)...

The album's name was inspired by a poem by Hoang Tran Cuong: " Central region/ The folk song lies on its side/ On the sun and on the sand/ Even the lyrics are sifted twice... ".

The songs in this album are all famous works, associated with the names of many great artists. That is why Hoai Phan chose to sing with new and modern arrangements, to bring a new experience to the audience.

“Hoai Phan's goal is to always renew herself, renew her homeland's music but still maintain the simplicity and sincerity of each song, so that the audience can have a fresher experience with this music genre,” she said.

Before releasing her debut album, Hoai Phan was a famous young artist on social media. Her Tiktok channel currently has nearly 400,000 followers.
