The survey was conducted in accordance with Decision 56/QD-BYT of the Ministry of Health , promulgating guidelines on methods for measuring people's satisfaction with public health services, period 2024 - 2030.
This result shows many positive changes in quality management and improvement of service style and attitude at medical facilities.
Some units achieved near-absolute satisfaction rates among both inpatients, outpatients and medical staff such as: General Hospital No. 4, Provincial Endocrinology Hospital, Provincial Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital, Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital and Rehabilitation Hospital.

Specifically, the satisfaction rate of inpatients in the whole province reached 96.2%, most of whom highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and quality of care of medical staff during treatment.
The outpatient satisfaction rate was 93.3%, reflecting a high level of satisfaction with the examination, guidance and information process. However, some facilities still need to improve reception, shorten waiting times and improve the quality of health consultation and education .

The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the whole province reached 94%, showing recognition for the working environment, solidarity and attention of the unit's leaders. However, some places have lower satisfaction rates such as Van Chan Medical Center (72.7%) and Van Ban Regional General Hospital (83.12%). These units need to be concerned about improving working conditions, workload and remuneration policies.

Inspection and survey activities are carried out to objectively assess the quality of public health services, and at the same time record people's feedback on the quality of medical examination and treatment services, as well as the satisfaction of medical staff. On that basis, the Department of Health and related units have the basis to develop plans and implement solutions to improve service quality, aiming to improve the quality of care and protect people's health.
