Cam Duong Ward Trade Union: Established 4 new grassroots trade unions

Cam Duong Ward Union has just announced the decision to establish 4 new grassroots unions.

Accordingly, Cam Duong Ward Union decided to establish 4 grassroots unions, including: Cam Duong - Hop Thanh Area Investment and Construction Project Management Board Grassroots Union; Mai Linh Kindergarten Grassroots Union; Be Ong Independent Kindergarten Grassroots Union and Thao Nguyen Construction - Trading Company Limited Grassroots Union. The newly established grassroots unions have a total of 73 union members.

Grassroots trade unions and trade union members are responsible for strictly implementing the provisions of the Trade Union Law, the Charter of Vietnam Trade Unions and instructions from higher-level trade unions.

Currently, Cam Duong Ward Union has 42 grassroots unions with over 3,000 union members. The establishment of more grassroots unions contributes to protecting legitimate and legal rights and interests; improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; building harmonious labor relations between employees and employers; and at the same time building an increasingly strong union organization.
