In addition to the big island, Nam Du also has a system of small islands around, of which Hon Lon (Cu Tron) is the largest island, with a dense population. Kien Giang currently has 3 island communes without national grid electricity, including An Son, Nam Du (Kien Hai) and Tho Chau, with electricity only supplied 18 hours a day. Every day, Nam Du will have power outages and use generators. People on the island also limit the use of high-power appliances such as air conditioners. Before coming to Nam Du, Thanh Dat proactively sought information through social networking sites and local guides. He believes that if tourists intend to come to Nam Du, they need to be relatively healthy because they need to travel a lot, and the journey here is not at all like a resort.
