
Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat Nguyen Thua Doan said: In the spirit of "Open-mindedness - Accompanying - Cooperation - Development", the Dialogue Conference was organized with the goal of listening to the thoughts, aspirations and legitimate recommendations of businesses.

Along with that, the Conference promptly resolved difficulties and problems, especially those related to administrative procedures, land, and investment environment. From there, connecting cooperation between enterprises and the government, between enterprises and enterprises. Thereby, affirming the determination of the Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat government to always accompany enterprises, considering the development of enterprises as the driving force for local socio -economic development.

At the Conference, comrade Nguyen Van Triem, Vice Chairman of Cam Ly Ward People's Committee - Da Lat emphasized that the locality has promoted its strengths, effectively exploited tourism potential, formed 19 tourist areas with types of flower village tourism, agricultural tourism, indigenous cultural tourism, and sightseeing and experience tourism.
The ward has strongly attracted social resources to improve the quality of tourism services, invest in upgrading tourism infrastructure, and develop 293 tourist accommodation establishments.

In the field of high-tech agriculture , the ward continues to affirm its effectiveness with 727 hectares, accounting for 36.42% of the agricultural production area. The average harvest value by 2024 will reach 550 million VND/ha/year, 1.2 times higher than the planned target.
Notably, the ward has developed Van Thanh flower village associated with the development of agricultural and experiential tourism models, contributing to the transformation of the local economic structure to the service and tourism sectors.

Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat currently has 30 valid non-budgetary investment projects with a total registered capital of 1,053.88 billion VND, land use area of 842.96 hectares. In the ward, there are 1,965 business households; 286 enterprises, companies and 11 cooperatives in operation.
In order to encourage investment and effectively exploit the local potential, the People's Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat has reviewed and proposed 12 key projects in various fields, solving problems of infrastructure, social security...

After listening to the recommendations of the enterprises, the leaders of Cam Ly ward - Da Lat received and answered related issues such as: Procedures for doing business in agricultural tourism in the area; granting of planting area codes; regulations on conversion based on unit prices; detailed planning issues of tourism projects; developing a plan to solve environmental pollution problems at Cam Ly Waterfall tourist area...
In his closing speech at the Conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat Nguyen Thua Doan acknowledged and highly appreciated the active, responsible and open participation of businesses. At the same time, he affirmed that the recommendations will be fully accepted by the locality, specifically classified into each group of issues and assigned to the relevant departments and offices for research and timely advice.
For issues beyond its authority, the ward will synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee and superior agencies for consideration and resolution.

The Ward People's Committee will continue to focus on promoting administrative reforms, creating a transparent, open and most favorable business environment for business development.
