The contest is organized to test and evaluate the level, training methods of regulations, physical education and sports and awareness of officers on the contents of regulations, documents on building regulations, and discipline management of the Ministry of National Defense and the Coast Guard Command.

Colonel Tran Xuan Luong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Coast Guard, delivered the opening speech of the contest.

Thereby improving the quality of training in regulations and physical training at agencies and units, while at the same time effectively implementing the breakthrough content "Improving the quality of discipline management; training in regulations and good physical fitness" in training in 2025, well meeting the requirements of training tasks and building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Vietnam Coast Guard force.

According to the plan, the competition will be held from July 7 to 10 with the theoretical part being the general awareness of the organization, training methods, physical education and sports and documents on building formal discipline and discipline management. Practice of individual team command movements; teaching of team command or physical education content.

The contestants are 55 command and physical training officers from the entire Vietnam Coast Guard force.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Colonel Tran Xuan Luong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Coast Guard, requested the organizing committee and the jury to conduct the contest strictly, scientifically , and according to plan; evaluate the results impartially and objectively, reflecting the true level and capacity of the contestants, and ensuring absolute safety.

The contestants strictly followed the contest plan and regulations; practiced good military etiquette and manners; were united and eager to learn from their teammates to gain more knowledge and valuable experience for themselves in their assigned positions through the contest.
