Previously, on the night of October 8, about 100 officers and soldiers of the Capital Mobile Police Regiment were assigned to Thai Nguyen to assist people in flood-hit areas, bringing the total number of officers and soldiers of the Capital Mobile Police who arrived in Thai Nguyen on October 8 to 166.
Immediately after arriving, officers and soldiers urgently deployed the task of helping people transport necessities, food, medicine and clean water into the flooded areas, ensuring that people do not go hungry; at the same time, deployed plans to search for missing people and rescue those trapped.
