On May 23, a representative of Deo Ca Group, the joint venture investor of the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway, said that from 0:00 on May 28, the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway will officially collect service fees with the entire route (78.5 km) costing from 130,000 - 497,000 VND/trip.

Specifically: Vehicles with less than 12 seats, trucks with a load capacity of less than 2 tons; all types of public passenger buses, the service fee for the entire route is 130,000 VND/trip. Vehicles with 12 to 30 seats; trucks with a load capacity of 2 tons to under 4 tons are 170,000 VND/trip. Vehicles with 31 seats or more; trucks with a load capacity of 4 tons to under 10 tons are 222,000 VND/trip. Trucks with a load capacity of 10 tons to under 18 tons; trucks carrying goods in 20-foot containers are 353,000 VND/trip. Trucks with a load capacity of 18 tons or more; trucks carrying goods in 40-foot containers are 497,000 VND/trip.

Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway has a total length of 78.5 km, passing through 3 provinces: Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan

The North-South Expressway construction project in the East phase 2017-2020, Cam Lam - Vinh Hao section has a total investment of 8,925 billion VND, length of 78.5 km, passing through 3 provinces of Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan .

On the route, there is Nui Vung tunnel, 2.2 km long, 3 lanes, 14m wide, phase 1 uses right tunnel, 2-way traffic invested by the consortium of Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company, Deo Ca Construction Joint Stock Company and 194 Construction Investment Corporation Joint Stock Company, put into operation, free of charge from April 26.

In addition, the project investor has proactively spent money to build temporary rest stops along the route to serve people for free while waiting for the Ministry of Transport to approve the investment in building official rest stops.
