The reason is because he thinks there are many more difficult situations than his that need this money.

Confiding in Tuoi Tre Online , shipper HVS said that when everything happened, he planned not to go home during this holiday. The shipper did not dare tell his children or parents about the theft of his motorbike, but only confided in his wife.

But Mr. S's story was shared a lot on social networks and then a miracle came to his family.

I am happy and grateful to be able to return home in time for the holidays.

Recalling the situation at that time, Mr. S. said that after the theft, not only did he lose his motorbike, he also had to pay the company more than 11 million VND to compensate for the damaged goods.

"I borrowed money from friends but it didn't solve much.

Thanks to the help of Ms. Truc Phuong and other benefactors, I overcame the difficulties at that time.

I received 80 million VND, of which I spent 11,936,000 VND to compensate the company for the goods, the rest I used to buy back the car" - Mr. S. said.

Currently, Mr. S. has returned to his hometown Vinh Long to celebrate the April 30 and May 1 holidays with his family.

He recalled: "At that time, I planned not to go home because of the situation. I did not want to cause more trouble for my parents. I just told my wife that we were sad and depressed. But I was so happy and grateful that I was helped so that I could go home in time for the holidays."

That's enough.

Truc Phuong, the girl often affectionately called "the fairy of the poor", told Tuoi Tre Online the reason she chose to help Mr. S. was because she felt he was a filial son and knew how to think about other people's feelings.

"When I helped Mr. S., I felt more nervous and excited than usual because I focus on helping the elderly and people with disabilities.

Mr. S. shares his feelings with people in difficult circumstances in his hometown.

But when I heard him say he had to lie to his parents to not come home for the holidays and hide it from his child, I decided to help because it's probably not easy to find someone who thinks about other people's feelings and thoughts in their current life" - Phuong confided.

After receiving financial support to resolve the matter, Mr. S. refused to accept further donations from benefactors.

"I think that's enough because there are many people who have it harder than me. I think what's past is past.

As for me, I will still try to work and help those around me as much as possible" - he confided.

Truc Phuong said that Mr. S. "bragged" to her that when he returned to his hometown, he shared some rice and instant noodles with people living nearby who were in very difficult circumstances and were no longer able to work.

"I visited his house, the road home was small and had no light. I realized his life was very difficult.

But when I received more donations in the next round, he refused to take them. I was very touched and loved him even more. His situation was difficult, but he knew enough and stopped at the right time" - Phuong shared.

Previously, the article Camera recorded a shipper having his motorbike and dozens of orders stolen in 12 seconds posted by Tuoi Tre Online reported that Mr. S. was driving a motorbike to deliver goods in Long Thanh My ward, Thu Duc city at 11am on April 21.

He pulled his motorbike into a broken rice restaurant, but the owner said they were out of pork rolls, so he went to the pho restaurant next door to eat without following his motorbike and also left the keys on the motorbike. While Mr. S. was eating, two young men on the same motorbike, the one sitting in the back got off the motorbike and approached Mr. S.'s motorbike.

In just 12 seconds, the thief took the car and ran away with dozens of orders. Many people saw the car being stolen and chased after it but could not because the thief acted too quickly. The incident was later reported to the police and the delivery company by Mr. S.

Truc Phuong used the donated money to buy a car and returned it to shipper HVS.

Upon learning of Mr. S.'s situation, Nguyen Do Truc Phuong used the power of social media to call for donations for him through posts on her personal account.

Nguyen Do Truc Phuong was originally an international student in Australia, then returned home to manage her family's business and suddenly became "famous" on social media from her posts calling for donations and images of her close support for those in unfortunate circumstances in life.

Truc Phuong has been doing volunteer work for many years and has gradually become a companion to the poor throughout Ho Chi Minh City.
