In particular, to ensure traffic safety and order when people's travel, trade and commerce needs increase, potentially causing many risks of traffic accidents and traffic jams during Tet, the Provincial Traffic Police force is implementing many solutions to ensure traffic order for people to enjoy spring and celebrate Tet safely. Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Ngoc Nam, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department, said: Implementing the peak plan to ensure traffic order and safety during the Lunar New Year, the department coordinated to organize simultaneous patrols and controls across the province; as a result, in the past month, 1,853 violations were recorded (including 313 cases of alcohol concentration violations), 1,588 administrative violations were sanctioned, more than 3.33 billion VND was collected for the budget, and 306 driving licenses were revoked. With the determination to control and reduce traffic accidents and traffic congestion, ensuring safe and favorable traffic conditions for people to enjoy spring and celebrate Tet, in the coming time, the department will increase patrols and traffic control, especially during rush hours and on important traffic routes; resolutely handle violations in the spirit of "no forbidden zones, no exceptions".

At the same time, the unit also prepares the activity "Spring Border Guard warms the hearts of the villagers" with the poor people in the area with the following contents: Awarding the national flag to fishermen; providing instructions on hanging the national flag and Uncle Ho's picture for Raglai people, organizing the "Zero-dong stall" activity to give gifts to poor households; organizing contests on wrapping banh chung, arranging flowers, making five-fruit trays, culinary competitions and cultural exchanges with people in Cau Gay village. Through the program, the station sent 200 pairs of banh chung and 220 gifts of necessities to poor households in the area under its management with a total value of 46 million VND, and awarded 16 scholarships to poor students in the program "Helping children go to school" with a total value of 16 million VND, contributing to helping people celebrate Tet more warmly and prosperously.
