The latest episode of the show Co Hen Cung Thanh Xuan featured a special guest - singer Le Cat Trong Ly. This is a program for older guests, but the organizers invited Le Cat Trong Ly to participate to create a connection between the two generations.

At the end of the program, while experiencing the culture and cuisine of the people in Lo Lo Chai with the guests, the female singer shared with MC Lai Van Sam, People's Artist Hong Van, Thanh Thuy, Meritorious Artist Kim Tu Long and diplomat Lai Ngoc Doan about the project of collecting and preserving ancient Vietnamese songs.

In particular, the female singer also introduced a new song she wrote based on the lyrics of a Vietnamese artist living in Denmark:

"This is a pop song I just wrote. During my recent tour to Europe, I met an overseas Vietnamese man, he is a painter who has been in Denmark for a long time. He wrote a poem that fits Uncle Sam's idea of ​​connecting generations. The poem is called My Garden Has No Fence. He is 73 years old but his poems are still very pure."

Hearing this, MC Lai Van Sam immediately interrupted and "twisted" Le Cat Trong Ly: "So you think people over 60 years old are not pure? Wrong, another mistake."

Faced with the veteran MC's unexpected question, Le Cat Trong Ly could only smile awkwardly and explain: "No." Seeing Le Cat Trong Ly's reaction, MC Lai Van Sam and the guests also burst out laughing.

In fact, MC Lai Van Sam was particularly impressed with Le Cat Trong Ly's thinking and project on ancient Vietnamese songs. During the conversation, he asked many questions so that the female singer could share more about the project.

When Le Cat Trong Ly compared her collection of ancient Vietnamese songs to a grown-up child wanting to go back and see which family treasure she had forgotten to preserve and promote, MC Lai Van Sam praised: "She is young but mature."

The male MC himself always appreciates the connection between generations. He shared in the program: "Between generations, no matter how many decades apart, there is still a thread that runs through. That is culture, the emotional factor between people. I think that is extremely valuable. I hope that thread will never be broken."
