Mr. Nguyen Minh Son (residing in Binh Tan district, from Tien Giang ) said: "This morning I rode my motorbike to go home to celebrate Tet. To avoid traffic jams, I started my journey at 7am. However, when I reached the An Lac roundabout area, there were too many cars, and all the cars had to move slowly. Every year, this area is often congested because the road in front is small, creating a bottleneck."
