Son La Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary and Fisheries issues Quarantine Certificate to Minh Duc Solar Chicken Farm

During the quarantine process, the quarantine officers of the Sub-Department sealed and sealed the means of transport, instructed the owner of the goods to disinfect and sterilize, and supervised the implementation in accordance with regulations. The documents were processed quickly, and the Quarantine Certificate was issued within 01 working day, ensuring publicity and transparency. At the same time, the Sub-Department also electronically notified the quarantine agency at the destination with full information on the certificate number, quantity, means of transport, and purpose of use.

The certification is carried out based on Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BNNPTNT of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and related regulations, to confirm that the chicken flock of the facility is healthy enough to be transported out of the province. This is an important measure to contribute to protecting public health and preventing the spread of animal diseases.

This activity shows the efforts of the Department in reforming administrative procedures: both ensuring strict professional standards and creating favorable conditions for businesses, contributing to the development of legal animal husbandry and trade in the province.
