Paying credit insurance benefits to customers borrowing capital at Agribank

Leaders of ABIC Ho Chi Minh City Branch and Agribank Trang Bang Industrial Park Branch (Tay Ninh Province) presented a symbolic board of insurance payment to the family of Mr. Bui Van Sang.

The customer who was paid was Mr. Tran Thanh Huan (born in 1975), residing in An Tinh ward, Tay Ninh province. In June 2024, Mr. Huan's family borrowed capital from Agribank Trang Bang Industrial Park Branch with an amount of 120 million VND to serve production. With advice from bank staff, he participated in credit security insurance for customers borrowing capital.

In December 2024, he unfortunately died suddenly due to a stroke and other illnesses. Immediately after completing the procedures, ABIC Ho Chi Minh City Branch proceeded to pay insurance benefits to Mr. Huan's family with an amount of more than 111 million VND.

Deputy Director of ABIC Ho Chi Minh City Branch Nguyen Giang Nam said that from 2009 to now, the company has paid compensation to 3,095 customers in Tay Ninh province (old) participating in credit security insurance with a total amount of 205 billion VND. Particularly from the beginning of 2025 to now, ABIC has paid to 124 customers with an amount of nearly 15 billion VND. Participating in credit security insurance helps families of customers borrowing capital to reduce some of the financial burden of loans, quickly overcome difficulties, and stabilize their lives.

On the same day, ABIC Ho Chi Minh City Branch coordinated with Agribank Trang Bang Industrial Park Branch (Tay Ninh Province) to visit and pay insurance benefits to the family of Mr. Bui Van Sang (born in 1995), residing in An Tinh Ward, Tay Ninh Province, with an amount of more than 203 million VND./.
