Free screening of the film 'Red Rain' to honor martyrs of Quang Tri Citadel and people

The People's Army Cinema will organize a free screening of the film 'Red Rain' at Quang Tri Citadel and cinemas to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs and thank the people for lending the film crew land to make a film set.

On August 30, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri province announced that the unit will coordinate with the People's Army Cinema (under the General Department of Politics, Ministry of National Defense ) to organize a free screening of the film Red Rain at Quang Tri Citadel to pay tribute to heroic martyrs.

As planned, at Quang Tri Citadel, the film will be shown at 7:30 p.m. on September 4 with an LED screen set up in front of the citadel yard along with full equipment of speakers, projectors...

The guests included representatives of local leaders, families of war invalids and martyrs in Quang Tri Ward and people living near Quang Tri Citadel.

On September 5, there will be two more screenings at 9:30 and 1:30 p.m. at Rio Cinemas (Vincom Plaza Dong Ha) to serve the leaders, the localities that have coordinated with the People's Army Cinema to make films and the people in Tich Tuong and An Don villages (Quang Tri Ward) - the places that lent the film crew land to build a film studio.

On September 5 or the morning of September 6, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri province and the People's Army Cinema will continue to organize the screening of Red Rain at the Quang Tri Provincial Cultural Center (Dong Hoi Ward), inviting representatives of leaders and officers of units in Quang Tri province to watch the film.

During this time, the People's Army Cinema will send a working group to coordinate the screening of the film Red Rain with a duration of 124 minutes.

"The department will coordinate and prepare technical, logistical and security conditions so that the film screenings take place carefully and safely," said Mr. Le Minh Tuan, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri province.
