Especially in 2023, Binh Duong was voted in the TOP 1 of cities with typical smart city development strategies.

ICF is a prestigious forum that brings together hundreds of cities around the world to participate. To select cities into the TOP 21, then TOP 7 and TOP 1. ICF has set out comprehensive criteria to evaluate communities.
