During their mission, the forest management and protection force promptly stopped a group of people from entering the forest in the border area to exploit agarwood.

On September 30, the leader of Nam Tay Nguyen Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. (Quang Truc commune, Lam Dong province) confirmed that the incident was discovered and prevented in time that same morning.

According to initial information, while performing forest management and protection tasks in sub-area 1458, officers and employees of Forest Protection Management Station No. 3 discovered a group of about 4 people (identity and address unknown) carrying a lot of luggage, finding their way into the forest to make agarwood (aloewood exploitation - PV).

Immediately afterwards, the authorities promptly stopped them and asked this group of people to leave the protected forest area, ensuring the preservation of forest resources.

In addition, the forest owner also requested that border stations continue to strengthen patrols and controls, promptly detect and strictly handle violations, contributing to the good protection of the forest area assigned for management.
