To ensure absolute safety for the people, the Viet Yen Regional Power Management Team urgently asked for instructions from the leaders of Bac Ninh Power Company and the leaders of Van Ha ward, then decided to temporarily stop supplying electricity to all 22 transformer stations, with 2,678 customers in the old Van Ha commune area (now Yen Vien residential group and Tho Ha residential group).

Immediately after the power outage, the Viet Yen Regional Power Management Team arranged for officers and workers to approach the scene and coordinate a field inspection of the entire power grid system in the flooded area.
Thanks to the initiative, determination and high sense of responsibility, by 1:45 p.m. the same day, the Team had handled and safely restored power to 2,265 customers. Currently, 413 customers at Yen Vien, Tho Ha 5, Tho Ha 6 transformer stations and some individual households are temporarily unable to connect to electricity due to flooded meters, and are continuing to be monitored and resolved.
