Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi listened to the unit's report.

Also attending the meeting were Vice Chairmen of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee: Le Trong Yen and Nguyen Ngoc Phuc and representatives of relevant departments, branches and units of the province.

The Center was established under Decision No. 622/QD-UBND dated August 1, 2025 of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee. The Center currently has 1 main facility and 2 branches. The total number of employees working at the Center is 225 people.

The center is a public service unit under the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, self-sufficient in regular expenditure. However, the new unit is autonomous in the main facility and 2 branches in Binh Thuan (old) and Dak Nong (old), with the respective autonomy levels of 70% and 87%.

Representatives of Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance gave their opinions on the proposals of Lam Dong Provincial Land Fund Development Center.

Since its establishment, the Center has developed and issued regulations on task assignment, and strengthened the implementation of key projects in Lam Dong province. Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen clarified further issues proposed by Lam Dong Provincial Land Fund Development Center.

Speaking at the working session, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen emphasized: According to the regulations on functions and tasks of the Center, there are about 212 tasks. A very large amount of work, while the total number of civil servants and employees is currently 225 people. Therefore, the Center needs to carry out the work scientifically , synchronously from measuring, counting to marking... on the basis of current legal regulations.

Concluding the working session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province Ho Van Muoi clearly stated that regarding the difference in the State's support levels (0% and 30%), the Center needs to build a common and unified model, moving towards 100% autonomy.

Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized that the role and tasks of the Center are very important, contributing to the results of implementing local socio-economic targets.

The Center needs to be determined and resolute in focusing on implementing the organizational structure well, focusing on completing the personnel issue, prioritizing the recruitment and placement of competent, experienced, and professionally skilled people. This is a core issue that must be implemented flexibly and systematically.

Regarding the proposal on office arrangement, facilities, and operating budget, it is recommended that departments and branches consider creating favorable conditions to ensure the unit's operations. In addition, the Center also needs to pay attention to coordinating well with departments, branches, and branches in the process of implementing assigned tasks. Any difficulties and problems that arise during the operation process need to be promptly reported to the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee for support in removing and resolving them. We must strive to perform our functions and tasks well, ensuring the highest results for the assigned targets and plans.
