The State Securities Commission received a report from VinaCapital Fund Management Joint Stock Company regarding signs of forgery, fraud, and illegal use of the brand, logo, and products of VinaCapital Fund Management Joint Stock Company to commit fraud and appropriate investors' assets on a number of websites such as https://vinacapital-trade.amtwznz.com/login; https://vinacapital.amtwznz.com/.

These are websites that are not licensed by VinaCapital, are not part of the fund's official system and are being used for the purpose of defrauding investors.

The State Securities Commission warns investors to be cautious and check information carefully before making any transactions. People and investors are advised to compare information on suspicious websites with official information from VinaCapital, and be wary of requests to provide personal data, passwords, account information or transfer money from unauthentic sources.

This warning was issued by the State Securities Commission to protect the legitimate rights of investors, and at the same time emphasize the importance of checking and comparing information before participating in investment.
