Hanoi capital buses are increasingly closer and more friendly to the people thanks to the professional training of drivers and service staff and improved service quality.
Hanoi Transport Corporation (Transerco) continues to synchronously deploy many solutions to improve service quality, vehicle quality and build a bus service culture.
At the 2025 peak emulation summary meeting of Transerco on the morning of September 26, according to Mr. Nguyen Thuy, Deputy General Director of Transerco, the quality of this year's emulation has been significantly improved due to positive changes, inheriting the achievements from previous emulation rounds.
Specifically, the Corporation has operated more than 291,000 safe trips, without any serious traffic accidents on the route; there are no groups of violations related to passenger service awareness and attitude; the number of information reflecting on service quality from customers has decreased significantly, with no cases of negative reflection on vehicle quality.
“Compliance with road traffic laws, discipline in driving, stopping, and picking up and dropping off passengers according to regulations, data from the journey monitoring system shows that many bus routes have almost reached absolute standards,” Mr. Thuy emphasized.
In addition, praise for the sense of responsibility and attitude of serving passengers of the team of drivers and service staff increased significantly.
This year's Transerco Bus Service Culture Building Contest continues to promote the achievements and advantages of previous years and is constantly updated, innovated and created from the organization and direction to the forms of propaganda and synchronous training from the Corporation to the grassroots level, thus creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the service spirit of the drivers and service staff on bus routes in recent times.
Through the contest, the Corporation will select, commend and continue to replicate typical and advanced excellent drivers and service staff. These will be the core to spread and continue to create more positive changes in building a bus service culture, so that bus services become increasingly closer and more friendly to the people, contributing to increasing the number of bus passengers in the coming time.
2025 is also the 4th consecutive year that the Corporation continues to organize the evaluation of the awards "Transerco Golden Steering Wheel"; "Transerco Outstanding Bus Service Staff" and "Transerco Good Repairman" to honor workers who have been with the company for many years and are always the core in production and customer service.
The results of the evaluation and selection of 62 outstanding individuals will be honored as representatives of many other outstanding examples who have been tirelessly contributing and enthusiastically dedicating themselves to Hanoi buses in the team of nearly 4,000 employees of 7 bus operating units of Transerco.
At the end of the 2025 peak emulation period, the Transerco Emulation and Reward Council decided to award a total of 354 prizes of all kinds to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.../.
