(NLDO) - A girl narrowly escaped death by abandoning her motorbike and running away when she discovered a large piece of wood had broken off a car's ligament and fallen onto the road.

According to security cameras recorded by local residents, the above incident occurred at around 11:45 a.m. on March 29 on the inter-commune road through Xuan Thap commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An .

At that moment, a girl riding a motorbike noticed that a car coming from the opposite direction had its seat belt unfastened and a piece of wood was tied to it. In a split second, the girl abandoned her motorbike and ran away before the ton-heavy log fell from the car and hit her.

Thanks to her quick thinking, the girl narrowly escaped. The accident left the motorbike badly damaged and the road surface torn up by the log.

It is known that the crane was carrying 5 large logs when 2 blocks fell onto the road at a time when there were many vehicles participating in traffic. Fortunately, the incident did not cause any casualties.
