On the afternoon of July 19, Hanoi suddenly experienced heavy rain and strong winds, causing localized flooding and fallen trees on many streets.

The grassroots police, traffic police, fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue forces of Hanoi City Police quickly arrived to support people, ensure traffic safety and handle incidents.
