With the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time", the Party Committee and leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police have directed the Police of units and localities to proactively check, urge and comprehensively implement tasks to ensure conditions for stable operation of the Commune Police. Based on the province's policy and project on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units and the implementation of the Ministry of Public Security's directives and guidelines on the organization of the commune-level police apparatus according to the new administrative boundaries, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police has issued documents on the implementation of the organization of the commune-level police apparatus in Thanh Hoa province. Accordingly, working groups were established to conduct surveys of the actual situation in new communes to plan a suitable commune-level police organization model. With the spirit of "urgent but certain", the work of preparing conditions for the Commune Police to operate when merging commune-level administrative units has been actively deployed by Thanh Hoa Provincial Police to ensure the organization and conditions to ensure that 100% of Commune Police will operate effectively from July 1, 2025, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
