Therefore, in the coming time, the Department will continue to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of citizen reception, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections in the education sector.
At the same time, resolve thoroughly and in accordance with regulations, not allowing hot spots to arise, complicated, prolonged, or beyond the level. Increase publicity and transparency, take prevention as the main focus, and attach responsibility to the heads of educational institutions.
