The announcement stated: According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from the night of October 5, 2025 to October 7, 2025, there will be heavy rain in the mountainous and midland areas of the North, and locally very heavy rain in some places.

To ensure the safety of students and teachers, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training requests that units let students take a day off from school on October 6, 2025 (Monday) and switch from in-person teaching to online teaching.

At the same time, continue to monitor weather developments in the following days to promptly and flexibly handle situations in teaching and learning.

Units regularly update information and promptly report difficulties and problems to the Department of Education and Training (through the Department of Politics , Ideology and Student Affairs).
