Announcing the Decision to establish Binh An Commune Trade Union

On the afternoon of September 22, the Provincial Labor Federation (PPF) held a conference to announce and present the Decision on establishing the Binh An Commune Trade Union. Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial PPF; leaders of Binh An commune and grassroots trade union organizations.

Comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation presented the Decision to establish the Binh An Commune Trade Union.

According to the decision, Binh An Commune Trade Union was established from September 5, 2025, under the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation. Along with the announcement of the Decision on establishment, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Binh An Commune Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term; Decision on transferring 74 grassroots trade unions with a total of 10,941 union members. about Binh An Commune Trade Union to manage, direct and guide trade union activities.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Hai Long, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the Executive Committee of Binh An Commune Trade Union; and emphasized : The establishment of Binh An Commune Trade Union is an important milestone, marking a new development step of the trade union organization in the grassroots political system. It is recommended that Binh An Commune Trade Union soon stabilize the organization, build working regulations, assign specific tasks, do a good job of grasping the situation of union members in the area under its responsibility; pay attention to caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; promote patriotic emulation movements associated with the local political tasks; build a strong trade union organization, focus on developing union members; continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, closely following the goal of focusing on the grassroots for the workers. Binh An Commune Trade Union needs to uphold responsibility , solidarity, promote collective intelligence to successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to the socio -economic development of the locality and province.
