VN-23 International Art Photography Contest is among the 10 outstanding literary and artistic events of 2023

Previously, the Organizing Committee issued a voting plan and regulations, and sent nomination invitations to central specialized literary and artistic associations, a number of local literary and artistic associations, a number of press agencies, reporters, editors who follow literature and art and artists. By the end of December 26, the Organizing Committee had received 57 nominations for 29 events. The Organizing Committee compiled and voted for 18 typical events to organize a vote for 10 typical literary and artistic events in 2023.

After the voting ended on December 29, the Organizing Committee conducted an urgent, honest and correct vote counting with a total of 35 votes, of which 33 were valid. After counting the votes, the Organizing Committee compiled the results and reported to the President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations for approval. The voting results were ranked from high to low, specifically as follows:

1. A series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the birth of the Outline on Vietnamese Culture (1943 - 2023).
