During this period, the city will invest in new decorative lighting for Nguyen Van Troi Bridge and Tien Son Bridge. It will also upgrade the artistic lighting for Thuan Phuoc Bridge, Han River Bridge, Dragon Bridge and Tran Thi Ly Bridge.

The city also invested in installing four laser lights that project beams into the sky at Thuan Phuoc Bridge, Han River Bridge, Dragon Bridge and Tran Thi Ly Bridge.

Install 8 additional laser lights to shine on the water surface on the above bridges to create additional lighting effects, creating highlights on the Han River.

It is expected that in phase 2, the city will artistically light up the embankments and railings from Tran Thi Ly Bridge to Thuan Phuoc Bridge. Add railings to sections that do not have them and renovate damaged sections within the project scope...

The city also encourages high-rise buildings along the Han River to arrange lights that reflect the water surface to create highlights.

According to the People's Committee of Da Nang city, the preliminary total investment of the project is more than 149 billion VND, with implementation time from now until 2027.
