Da Nang welcomed more than 2.5 million visitors in the first quarter

Da Nang City has organized a series of 79 cultural activities - festivals on both banks of the Han River; organized the program "Enjoy Da Nang 2025 - Multi-experience" for tourist markets; the program "I love Da Nang - I LOVE Da Nang" with many gifts and incentives to attract international visitors to return to Da Nang.

Tourism promotion and advertising programs are being promoted; the expansion of international flights and more favorable visa policies help attract a large number of tourists to Da Nang . The number of guests served at accommodation establishments in March 2025 reached 952,100, an increase of 18.3% over the same period in 2024.

‏In the first quarter of 2025, the total number of visitors staying in Da Nang reached more than 2.53 million, an increase of 19.2% over the same period. Of which, international visitors were more than 1.26 million, an increase of more than 42%; domestic visitors were more than 1.26 million, an increase of 2.7%.‏

Total revenue from accommodation and catering services in the first quarter of 2025 reached nearly VND 7,393 billion, accounting for nearly 20% of total retail sales of goods and consumer services revenue, up more than 21% over the same period. Of which, accommodation revenue reached more than VND 2,885 billion (up 34%); catering revenue reached more than VND 4,407 billion (up 14%).
