Ensuring growth target of 8% or more by 2025

Dak Lak province has launched the emulation movement "Dak Lak promotes solidarity, efforts, creativity and strives to successfully complete the socio-economic development goals and tasks of growing 8% or more by 2025 and double-digit growth in the following years".

The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations, People's Committees of communes and wards, the business community and people in the province to promote the spirit of "acceleration and breakthrough" and be determined to successfully implement socio-economic development goals.

Specifically, compete to complete and over-fulfill assigned tasks in each field, contributing to economic growth of 8% or more by 2025; promote disbursement of public investment capital and career capital, take public investment as the lead, activate and attract all social resources, strive to disburse public investment capital in 2025 to reach 100% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister, creating an important driving force to promote socio-economic growth, improve the quality and life of the people. Accelerating the disbursement progress of public investment capital must be associated with ensuring the quality of works and projects, avoiding negativity, loss and waste.

Synchronously implement solutions to facilitate economic sectors to promote investment in production and business development; promote digital economic development, green growth, towards sustainable and modern development; strengthen regional connectivity, effectively implement national, regional and provincial planning; accelerate the speed and improve the quality of urbanization and urban economy.

Effectively implement solutions to stimulate consumption in the province, promote the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize consuming Vietnamese goods", OCOP program, e-commerce, and online payment.

Promote digital transformation, application of science, technology, and innovation in the operations of agencies in the political system, towards building e-government, developing digital government, focusing on administrative reform, improving the investment and business environment, and increasing investment attraction for the whole society.

Strengthen state management in the digital environment from the provincial to local levels; further promote the prevention and fight against corruption, waste, negativity, and group interests; tighten administrative discipline and order associated with inspection, supervision, control of power and resource allocation, and improve enforcement capacity.

In addition, agencies, units and localities proactively and flexibly implement synchronous solutions to comprehensively develop cultural and social fields associated with economic development; ensure social security and improve people's lives.

Strengthen and consolidate national defense and security potential, firmly protect independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity; build and consolidate the all-people national defense posture and the people's security posture associated with a solid people's hearts posture; ensure security, social order and safety.

Create favorable conditions and attract resources to serve socio-economic development, consolidate and enhance the province's prestige and position in foreign affairs.
