Emulation Congress for Victory of Military Region IV's Armed Forces for the period 2019

With the theme "Solidarity - Creativity - Determination to Win", this morning (August 15), in Vinh City, the Emulation Congress for Victory of the Military Region IV Armed Forces for the period 2019 - 2024 took place with the participation of more than 400 delegates from agencies and units in the Military Region's Armed Forces.
