Accordingly, in recent times, the work of speaking and providing information to the press has been of interest to agencies and organizations in Dak Lak . Some agencies have proactively informed about outstanding issues of the sectors and fields assigned to their management. Thereby, it has created opportunities for the press and the public to have more complete access to official, useful, reliable and accurate sources of information.

However, there are still some units and localities that have not done a good job of speaking out, have not paid due attention to communication work, and even avoided contact with the press.
At the conference, delegates were informed by senior lecturers from the Academy of Journalism and Communication about a number of contents, such as: skills in contacting, speaking and providing information to the press; handling situations in speaking and providing information to the press; sanctions for violations in the field of journalism...
In addition, delegates also shared skills in implementing policy communication; information, handling media crisis issues; and discussed and resolved some difficulties and problems in making statements and providing information to the press.
