Dak Lak has 2 outstanding individuals receiving the "October 15" Award in 2025

Dak Lak province has two individuals honored on this occasion, including Mr. Dinh Vo Giang, Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Ea Wy commune and Mr. Nguyen Quy Ngoc Linh, Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of Dur Kmal commune.

The above two individuals are both dynamic and creative Youth Union officials, always attached to the youth movement, especially the movement "I love my Fatherland", contributing to spreading the spirit of dedication of Dak Lak youth.

In particular, Mr. Dinh Vo Giang has many initiatives in youth work. He directly improved the activities of weak youth union branches, innovated youth union activities, organized large programs such as "Spring Volunteer", Green Sunday, Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign with more than 1,500 union members and young people participating. He proactively connected social resources, implemented the "Long-distance Support" Fund to support poor students, the "Flag Road" project worth 12 million VND. At the same time, he established a digital transformation youth team, a badminton club, organized gratitude, sports and environmental activities, contributing to spreading the Youth Union - Association movement in the locality.

As a dynamic and creative youth "leader", Mr. Nguyen Quy Ngoc Linh has effectively implemented the "Green Youth Startup" model with 100 hectares of VietGAP rice, helping many young people increase their income; building environmental cooperatives, youth projects and the "Youth Incubator" and "Youth Bookshelf" models. He is at the forefront of digital transformation in the Association's work, expanding online access to young people. In the period of 2023-2025, he mobilized thousands of union members to participate in volunteer activities, contributing to socio -economic development and maintaining security and order in the locality.

The “October 15” Award is a noble award of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, presented to outstanding cadres, members and young people who have made many contributions to the work of the Union and the youth movement. Thereby, encouraging and motivating the youth “leaders” to continue training and dedicating their intelligence and youth to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
