The competition was attended by 9 teams with more than 100 amateur actors from veteran associations of communes and towns in the district. The performances were diverse, including: singing, dancing, music, stage plays, folk songs, and revolutionary songs.
The content of the performances praises the Party, Uncle Ho, the fine traditions of the Vietnamese people, the glorious traditions of the Vietnam People's Army, praises the love for the homeland, and typical examples in the emulation movement of exemplary veterans...
As a result, the first prize for the whole group belonged to the Veterans Association of Dak Hoa commune; the second prize for the whole group belonged to the Veterans Association of Dak Mol commune and Dak N'Drung commune; the third prize for the whole group belonged to the Team of Nam Binh commune and Nam N'Jang commune.
The 2024 Dak Song District Vietnam Veterans Singing Contest is not only a musical playground but also an opportunity for veterans to exchange, share and recall memories of their military service. The contest has contributed to spreading patriotism, national pride and encouraging the spirit of useful living in the veteran community.
